What is your response time for emails?

Do you have international shipping?

How can I enter the clip contest?

Send your clip to clipcontest@joinfunfactor.com before the last day of the month. Winners are announced in the 2nd video of each month at timestamp 11:11. Two categories: Funny Animals (Wednesday) and Funny People (Saturday).
How does the wig funding work?

50% of the profits from every item sold goes directly into our wig fund. Once we accumulate enough funds to purchase a real human hair wig (approximately €2500), we partner with specialists to provide wigs to individuals with Alopecia Universalis.
