How do I get help requests from Ambassadors?
Ambassadors can refer new subscribers to you for help. You'll see the request in your dashboard. Help them, and you earn points. The Ambassador also earns bonus points for referring.
What if I don't know the answer?
Be honest. Say: "I'm not sure, but let me find out for you." Then ask another Community Earner or check the FAQ. Better to be honest than wrong.
How often are points reset?
Every month. On the 1st day, everyone starts at zero. This keeps the competition fair and gives new members a chance.
Can I also become an Ambassador?
Yes, but you can't be both at the same time. Choose the role that fits you best. Ambassadors focus on growth. Community Earners focus on support.
What if someone is rude or toxic?
