What is your response time for emails? +

We typically respond to all emails within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters regarding orders or support, we aim to respond within 4-6 hours. Weekend responses may take up to 48 hours.

Do you have international shipping? +

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You can view the exact shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase. Most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days.

How can I track my order? +

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you have any issues with tracking, please contact our support team with your order number.

What is your return policy? +

We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Exchanges are free within the first 30 days. Since 50% of your purchase goes to charity, refunds after 30 days cannot include the donated portion.

How does the wig funding work? +

50% of the profits from every item sold goes directly into our wig fund. Once we accumulate enough funds to purchase a real human hair wig (approximately €2500), we partner with organizations to provide wigs to individuals with Alopecia Universalis.
